With a title like that, you'd assume that this is going to be an extremely emo entry-- don't worry, it isn't. I just want to stress that HIM's "Deep Shadows and Brilliant Highlights" is a beautiful fucking album. I've had it downloaded for awhile now, but, I haven't actually sat down and given it a listen until now. It's insanely perfect in almost every way. I can't get enough of it. The finale track, though, "Love You Like I Do" is pretty dull, though. Oh well. The rest of it is fucking spot on.
As you've probably noticed, I've added a YouTube highlight to the side bar... Just random shit that I've probably watched more than once, and thereby think that you should watch as well. It may range from movie trailers, to something stupid that made me laugh. I originally had it towards the bottom, but, I think that I like it there at the top. Maybe. We'll see what happens with it.
Dave's going to help me out with a new banner... I like the fish, personally, but, I like the new idea better. He won't be able to get the drawing for awhile, but, hopefully I'll have the sucker up by sometime next week.
The scrambled eggs I tried to make the other day came out horribly, HORRIBLY wrong-- But, I had better luck this morning. I didn't fuck up NEAR as bad. The only thing left to do now is make more... because I was still fucking hungry after the ones I ate this morning.
Can't say much of anything else happened today... I had another sunflower seed attack. It wouldn't have been so bad if the inside of my ass wasn't so ripped up already-- but, I highly doubt any of you actually want to read about that... and I know I certainly don't want to write about it. MOVING ON...
I don't know if anyone actually looks at my Shared RSS, towards the bottom of the sidebar-- but, if you do, you'll notice that Spinal Tap is getting together to do a show. HOW AWESOME IS THAT? The article also claims that they've done a ten minute short film to accompany the reunion. Ozzy's also doing a new album... but, does anyone really care? Sorry, Mumbles, I think your days are a little more than over. Maybe he'll prove me wrong... but, I doubt it.
